A strategic thinker, Julia (she/her) motivates companies, communities, and governments to take action. Throughout her career, she has launched initiatives, founded organizations, crafted innovative policies, created curriculum, and developed technology products. With each of her projects, Julia leverages a community-first approach that centers people’s diverse experiences and perspectives in both process and outcomes. She currently serves as Sr. Principal, Climate Aligned Industries for global climate action organization RMI, and as co-founder of the advisory firm Two and Rising. Julia’s work has been recognized in the Washington Post, New York Times, Bloomberg’s CityLab, TechCrunch, Quartz, Fast Company, Governing Magazine, and Curbed. She is a proud graduate of both the LSE Cities and Emory University Woodruff Scholars programs. Julia lives in Los Angeles, CA - but calls Atlanta, GA, home.
